Blog Title

I've wanted to start a blog for a long time. The only thing that was holding me up was a cute and clever title...because you *know* you gotta have one, right!?! So finally one day while I was driving, it just struck me: Ruby Red Life.
I *love* the Wizard of Oz. Dorothy says this at the end of the movie:

-- if I ever go looking for my heart's desire again, I won't look any further than my own backyard. Because if it isn't there, I never really lost it to begin with! Is that right?
